MANIFESTATION CONTRE LE PROJET DE PARC ECOTECHNOLOGIQUE DU CARNET
Environmental associations and groups demonstrated on 30 August 2020 at the end of a weekend of mobilisation against the project to set up an eco-technology park on the Carnet site, bordering the Loire estuary, between the communes of Frossay and Saint-Viaud in the Pays de Retz.
This project, carried by the Grand Port Maritime Nantes-Saint-Nazaire, work on which is due to start on 31 August, requires the artificialisation of 110 hectares of natural area, including 51 hectares of wetlands, housing 116 protected species, several of which are threatened with extinction.
DEMONSTRATION AGAINST THE ECO-TECHNOLOGY PARK PROJECT OF THE CARNET
