The Russian cargo ship Vladimir Latyshev (a close friend of Vladimir Putin), which has been stuck in the port of Saint-Malo for nearly three years because of sanctions imposed on Russia by the European Union, has just been moved and moored at Quay Saint-Louis, at the foot of the Intra Muros ramparts.
