Le député Sébastien Chenu indésirable en Bretagne
Dans le cadre de la campagne des élections européennes, Sébastien Chenu, député du Nord et porte-parole du RN, est venu rencontrer ses sympathisants à Pontivy. Un contre-rassemblement s'est tenu en réaction, à l'appel de l'union locale de la CGT Pontivy-Loudeac, FSU 56, Solidaire 56, la section de la Ligue des droits de l'Homme du Centre-Bretagne, le Parti communiste, la France insoumise et le Parti socialiste et Generation-S, pour denoncer les idées de l'extrême-droite, et réaffirmer que la Bretagne est une terre d'accueil, ouverte et solidaire. Des organisations antifascistes dont le CVA22 étaient également présentes. Une poignée de jeunes militants d'extrême droite sont venus narguer les opposants, contenus à l'écart par les gendarmes du SPIG, mobilisés pour l'occasion.

As part of the European election campaign, the RN deputy, Sébastien Chenu, deputy for the North and spokesperson for the RN, came to meet his supporters in Pontivy. A counter-rally was held in reaction to the call of the local union of the CGT Pontivy-Loudeac, FSU 56, Solidaire 56, the section of the Human Rights League of Central Brittany, the Communist Party, France Insoumise and the Socialist Party and Generation-S, to denounce the ideas of the extreme right, and reaffirm that Brittany is a welcoming, open and united land. Anti-fascist organizations including the CVA22 were also present. A handful of young far-right activists came to taunt the opponents, kept aside by the SPIG gendarmes, mobilized for the occasion.
