Pardon and Reopening of the Church
After several years of interruption due to the closure of Notre-Dame-des-Fontaines Church for restoration work, the traditional Pontrieux pardon returned to its original setting. The celebration, marked by strong participation from worshippers and local residents, once again featured its traditional highlights— the procession, Mass, and community gathering—symbolizing the revival of a tradition deeply rooted in the town’s religious and cultural heritage.
