Passage pour animaux sur l'autoroute A16
France. La transformation de la N1 en A16 a permis la création d’un passage à faune au Bois Carreau, conçu pour rétablir la continuité écologique entre les massifs de Carnelle et de L’Isle-Adam. Ce passage permet aux animaux de traverser l’autoroute en toute sécurité, contribuant à préserver la biodiversité et à maintenir la connexion entre des habitats naturels fragmentés par les infrastructures.
Animals Highway crossing

The transformation of the N1 into the A16 motorway included the construction of a wildlife crossing at Bois Carreau, designed to restore ecological continuity between the Carnelle and L’Isle-Adam forests. The overpass allows animals to safely cross the motorway, helping to preserve biodiversity and maintain the connection between natural habitats fragmented by infrastructure.
