MONACO – MARETERRA
Mareterra est le nouveau quartier gagne sur la mer par la principaute de Monaco. Construit sur une extension artificielle, ce territoire prolonge la ville sur la Mediterranee dans un espace ou chaque metre carre est rare et strategique.
La serie documente cette transformation du littoral a travers une approche sobre et graphique : lignes architecturales epurees, promenades ouvertes sur la mer, facades contemporaines et vegetation replantee composent un paysage entierement dessine. L’humain y apparait discret, presque secondaire, dans un decor maitrise et organise.
Entre verticalite des tours et horizontalite de la mer, Mareterra incarne une nouvelle etape du developpement monégasque : un urbanisme d’expansion, controle et prestigieux, ou la nature est recomposee et le territoire fabrique.
Cette serie propose une lecture documentaire d’un espace en mutation, a la fois vitrine du luxe et symbole d’une ville qui continue de gagner du terrain sur la mer.

Mareterra is Monaco’s newest district, built on land reclaimed from the Mediterranean. Developed as an artificial extension of the principality, it reflects the ongoing expansion of a city where every square meter is strategic and scarce.
This series documents the transformation of the coastline through a restrained and graphic approach: clean architectural lines, open promenades facing the sea, contemporary façades and replanted vegetation shape a fully designed landscape. Human presence appears discreet, almost secondary, within a carefully controlled and structured environment.
Between the verticality of towers and the horizontality of the sea, Mareterra embodies a new phase of Monaco’s development — an urban expansion that is precise, engineered and prestigious, where nature is reconfigured and territory is constructed.
The series offers a documentary perspective on a space in transition, both a showcase of luxury and a symbol of a city continuing to extend itself into the sea.
