ROME, ITALIE – 4 OCTOBRE 2025 : MANIFESTATIONS PRO-PALÉSTINIENNES SUITE À L’INTERCEPTION DE LA FLOTILLE GLOBAL SUMUD
Environ plusieurs dizaines de milliers de personnes ont participé aux manifestations pro-palestiniennes à Rome le 4 octobre 2025. Organisées avec le soutien des principaux syndicats italiens après une grève générale nationale, ces marches font suite à l’interception par Israël de la flottille humanitaire Global Sumud acheminant des fournitures à Gaza. Les manifestants ont brandi des drapeaux palestiniens et syndicaux, porté des banderoles et des affiches, et ont défilé dans des lieux emblématiques du centre-ville, notamment le Colisée et San Giovanni in Laterano, perturbant temporairement la circulation et les transports publics.
ROME, ITALY – OCTOBER 4, 2025: PRO-PALESTINIAN RALLIES ACROSS CITY FOLLOWING GLOBAL SUMUD FLOTILLA INTERCEPTION
An estimated tens of thousands of people took part in pro-Palestinian demonstrations in Rome on October 4, 2025. Organized with the support of major Italian unions after a nationwide general strike, the marches follow Israel’s interception of the Global Sumud aid flotilla bringing supplies to Gaza. Protesters waved Palestinian and union flags, carried banners and posters, and marched through central landmarks including the Colosseum and San Giovanni in Laterano, temporarily affecting traffic and public transportation.
