Manifestation du DAL à Paris pour un logement pour tous
La loi du 5 mars 2007 instituant le droit au logement opposable, dite loi "DALO" avait pour objectif de garantir le droit à un logement de toute personne résidente en France de manière durable qui n'est pas en mesure d'accéder à un logement décent. 19 ans plus tard, la situation du logement s'est dégradée et la question demeure au centre des préoccupations sociales. Dans ce contexte, le DAL a organisé une manifestation pour attirer l'attention sur le besoin d'une nouvelle politique plus dynamique pour garantir l'application de la loi aux locataires.
DAL demonstration in Paris for housing for all
The law of March 5, 2007, establishing the enforceable right to housing, known as the "DALO" law, aimed to guarantee the right to housing for any person residing permanently in France who is unable to access decent housing. Nineteen years later, the housing situation has deteriorated, and the issue remains a central social concern. In this context, the DAL (Right to Housing Association) organized a demonstration to draw attention to the need for a new, more proactive policy to ensure the law is applied to tenants.
