Grand Meeting de la CGT pour les libertés syndicales
Face à la montée des attaques contre les syndicalistes et le mouvement syndical, dont notamment sa Secretaire nationale Sophie Binet est victime de la part de la France insoumise et de Jean-Luc Mélenchon, la CGT a organisé un meeting en faveur de la liberté syndicale. Il s'agit de rappeler le rôle fondamental des syndicats dans les relations sociales du pays et de refuser les procédures baillons qui peuvent être entammées contre les leaders syndicaux. Etaient notamment invités et présents à ce meeting animé par l'humoriste Guillaume Meurice, l'ancien Garde des sceaux et Défenseur des droits Jacques Toubon, le Président de la CGC François Hommeril ainsi que les syndicat de la Magistrature, le Syndicat des Avocats de France ou encore Luc Triangle, le Secrétair général de la Confédération internationale des syndicats.
Major CGT Rally for Trade Union Freedoms
Faced with the escalating attacks against trade unionists and the labor movement, including those targeting its National Secretary Sophie Binet by La France Insoumise and Jean-Luc Mélenchon, the CGT organized a rally in support of union freedom. The aim was to reaffirm the fundamental role of unions in the country's social relations and to reject the SLAPP suits that can be brought against union leaders. Among those invited and present at the rally, which was moderated by comedian Guillaume Meurice, were former Minister of Justice and Defender of Rights Jacques Toubon, CGC President François Hommeril, representatives from the Magistrates' Union, the French Lawyers' Union, and Luc Triangle, General Secretary of the International Trade Union Confederation.
