Une audience se déroule au tribunal judiciaire de Paris à l'instigation de Patricia Gallet, la mère de Charly, contre l'Etat. Au nom de son fils Charly, la plaignante attaque l'Etat pour ce qu'elle estime être la mise en danger de son fils lors d'un placement abusif par l'Aide Sociale à l'Enfance alors qu'elle fuyait un conjoint violent.

A hearing is taking place at the Paris judicial court at the instigation of Patricia Gallet, Charly's mother, against the State. On behalf of her son Charly, the plaintiff is suing the State for what she considers to be the endangerment of her son during an abusive placement by Child Protective Services while she was fleeing a violent partner.
