Rassemblement contre la loi Duplomb et l'absaissement des normes environnementales
La question de l'usage des pesticides en agriculture cristallise l'opposition entre le monde agricole et les défenseurs de l'environnement qui dénoncent un modèle économique fondé sur l'épuisement de la nature. Alors que le Président Emmanue Macron avait pu affirmer en 2022 que son second mandat serait écologique ou ne serait pas, nous assistons à de nombreux reculs environnementaux au nom de la compétitivité de l'économie. En agrioculture, ce phénomène prend coprps notamment dans la loi Duplomb, sénateur LR ancien président de hambre d'agriculture FNSEA ( le principal syndicat agricole). Cette loi a fai l'objet de manoeuvres inédites à l'Assemblée nationale d'un rejet préalable par la majorité qui soutient le texte, évitant ainsi un débat difficile avec de très nombreux amendements de l'opposition destinés à bloquer le texte. Le retour du texte après la CMP donne lieu à un rassemblement de contestation.
Rally against the Duplomb law and the lowering of environmental standards
The issue of pesticide use in agriculture is crystallizing the opposition between the agricultural world and environmental defenders who denounce an economic model based on the depletion of nature. While President Emmanuel Macron was able to affirm in 2022 that his second term would be ecological or not at all, we are witnessing numerous environmental setbacks in the name of economic competitiveness. In agriculture, this phenomenon is particularly evident in the Duplomb law, a LR senator and former president of the FNSEA (the main agricultural union) chamber of agriculture. This law was the subject of unprecedented maneuvers in the National Assembly, with a prior rejection by the majority that supported the text, thus avoiding a difficult debate with numerous opposition amendments intended to block the text.
