La Technoparade 2026
La technoparade s'est déroulée à Paris après que la loi RIPOST a organisé une répression des free parties avec l'abaissement du seuil de déclaration, la saisie et la destruction des materiels et surtout la création du délit d'organisation passible de 2 ans de prison et 30 000 euros d'amende en leu et place de la contravention existante auparavant. Les participants défendent le droit de faire la fête contre les entreprises d'encadrement par l'Etat de la liberté.
The 2026 Technoparade
The Techno Parade took place in Paris following the implementation of the RIPOST law, which cracked down on free parties by lowering the notification threshold, authorizing the seizure and destruction of equipment, and—most notably—establishing the specific offense of organizing such events, punishable by two years in prison and a €30,000 fine, replacing the previously existing minor offense. Participants defend the right to party against state attempts to curtail freedom through regulation.
