Activists and supporters of the Cellule de Coordination des Actions Terrain (CCAT) are mobilizing in front of the High Commission in downtown Nouméa, following the confirmation of the postponement of the provincial elections and the favorable opinion of the Council of State on the constitutional bill related to the Bougival agreement.
