Activists and supporters of the Cellule de Coordination des Actions Terrain (CCAT) are mobilizing in the Vallée du Tir neighborhood of Nouméa, following the confirmation of the postponement of provincial elections and the Council of State's favorable opinion on the constitutional bill related to the Bougival agreement.
