Derrière l'image de carte postale, la frontiere avec l'Angleterre est toujours présente et de nombreux migrants attendent toujours leur passage vers un avenir qu'ils espèrent plus joyeux. Calais s'enroche, se ferme et fait du paysage de la ville des champs de rochers, fait pour empecher l'installation des migrants.

Behind the postcard-perfect image, the border with England remains ever-present, and many migrants are still waiting to cross into what they hope will be a brighter future. Calais is fortifying itself with rock barriers, closing itself off, and transforming the cityscape into fields of rocks designed to prevent migrants from settling there.
