Glenn Viel - Chef 3 étoiles
Glenn Viel, né le 2 janvier 1980 à Versailles dans les Yvelines, est un chef cuisinier français. Il est chef du restaurant l'Oustau de Baumanière, aux Baux-de-Provence, trois étoiles au Guide Michelin. Il y propose une cuisine éco-responsable. Il développe autour du restaurant un potager bio, des ruches, une ferme pédagogique et fabrique à partir de ses déchets de cuisine ses propres engrais pour le potager.
Pendant l'automne 2019, Glenn Viel participe au tournage du second épisode de la saison 11 de Top Chef, et durant l'automne 2020 au tournage de plusieurs épisodes de la saison 12.
Il est annoncé comme nouveau membre du jury de Top Chef pour la saison 13, en remplacement de Michel Sarran.

Glenn Viel, born on 2 January 1980 in Versailles in the Yvelines, is a French chef. He is the chef of the restaurant l'Oustau de Baumanière, in Les Baux-de-Provence, with three stars in the Michelin Guide. He offers eco-responsible cuisine. He is developing an organic vegetable garden, beehives and an educational farm around the restaurant, and uses his own kitchen waste to produce fertiliser for the vegetable garden.
During the autumn of 2019, Glenn Viel will take part in the filming of the second episode of season 11 of Top Chef, and during the autumn of 2020 in the filming of several episodes of season 12.
He is announced as a new Top Chef jury member for season 13, replacing Michel Sarran.
