Nouvelle-Calédonie : A la veille du 3eme Référendum d'autodétermination
Dans quelques jours les Calédoniens se rendront aux urnes pour un troisième référendum qui déterminera leur indépendance de l'Etat Français ou non. Les rues de la capitale Noumea sont vides, seuls les loyalistes font campagne car les indépendantistes ont decidé de ne pas aller voter, respectant une periode de deuil pour leurs morts du Covid-19. Ils ont donc appelé à la non participation au referendum. Cependant à travers le pays chaque ville s'applique à installer ses bureaux de vote dans le plus grand sérieux et respect des normes internationales imposée par la Commission de Contrôle.
New Caledonia : A day before the third Référendum of Indenpance
In a few days the Caledonians will go to the polls for a third referendum which will determine their independence from the French state or not. The streets of the capital Noumea are empty, only the loyalists are campaigning because the independantists have decided not to go and vote, respecting a period of mourning for their deaths from Covid-19. They therefore called for non-participation in the referendum. However, across the country, each city applies to install its polling stations with the utmost seriousness and respect for the international standards imposed by the Control Commission.
