FRANCE – LE DRAPEAU PALESTINIEN AU FRONTON DE L’HOTEL DE VILLE DE MALAKOFF
Le drapeau palestinien hissé sur le fronton de l’Hôtel de ville entre les drapeaux Français et européen, à Malakoff, en France, le samedi 20 septembre 2025. Le préfet des Hauts-de-Seine, suivant les consignes du ministre de l’Intérieur, a demandé à la maire, Jacqueline Belhomme de retirer le drapeau, faute de quoi il saisira en urgence le tribunal administratif de Cergy-Pontoise par un “défère laïcité”.

The Palestinian flag hoisted on the front of the town hall between the French and European flags in Malakoff in France on Saturday, September 20, 2025. The prefect of Hauts-de-Seine, following instructions from the Ministry of the Interior, asked the mayor, Jacqueline Belhomme, to remove the flag, failing which he would urgently refer the matter to the administrative court of Cergy-Pontoise on grounds of secularism.
