LE GRAND JUBILE DE SAINTE ANNE D'AURAY
Des centaines de fidèles étaient réunis, vendredi 7 mars 2025, à la basilique de Sainte-Anne-d’Auray (Morbihan), pour fêter les 400 ans des apparitions de Sainte-Anne à Yvon Nicolazic et lancer la troménie impulsée par Mgr Centène. Au cours de cette procession de 5 mois et de plus de 1800 kilomètres, une calèche tirée par un cheval de trait breton parcourra tout le diocèse, portant une statue de Sainte Anne. Cette dernière rejoindra le sanctuaire le 26 juillet 2025 avec un Grand Pardon exceptionnel.
THE GREAT JUBILEE OF SAINTE ANNE D'AURAY
Hundreds of faithful gathered at the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-d'Auray (Morbihan) on Friday, March 7, 2025, to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the apparitions of Sainte-Anne to Yvon Nicolazic, and to launch the troménie procession initiated by Mgr Centène. During the 5-month, 1,800-kilometer procession, a carriage pulled by a Breton draught horse will travel throughout the diocese, carrying a statue of Sainte Anne. The statue will return to the sanctuary on July 26, 2025 for an exceptional Grand Pardon.
