Ils étaient plus de 55 000 participants au départ de la 48eme Edition du Marathon de Paris. Cette édition a été remportée dans la catégorie Handisport par le français Julien Casoli, dans la catégorie Masculine par le Jenyan Benard Biwott et dans la catégorie Féminine par l'éthiopienne Bedatu Hirpa.

There were more than 55,000 participants at the start of the 48th Paris Marathon. This year's winners were Julien Casoli from France in the disabled sports category, Jenyan Benard Biwott in the men's category and Bedatu Hirpa from Ethiopia in the women's category.
