JUSTICE | Un opposant historique au Lyon-Turin devant le tribunal d'Albertville
Poursuivi pour avoir parlé de sabotage : Philippe Delhomme, militant historique contre le projet ferroviaire Lyon-Turin, a comparu devant le tribunal correctionnel d'Albertville vendredi 18 avril pour des propos tenus lors d’une manifestation en octobre 2024 à Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne.
Déjà relaxé en février dernier pour entrave à la circulation, il était cette fois-ci accusé d’avoir, notamment, « provoqué à la commission de destructions » en appelant au sabotage du projet. Après avoir délibéré, le tribunal correctionnel a relaxé l'opposant de deux des trois faits qui lui étaient reprochés.

Prosecuted for talking about sabotage: Philippe Delhomme, a long-standing campaigner against the Lyon-Turin rail project, appeared before the Albertville magistrates' court on Friday 18 April for remarks made during a demonstration in October 2024 in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne.
He had already been acquitted in February of obstructing traffic, but this time he was accused of « provoking destruction » by calling for sabotage of the project. After deliberation, the criminal court acquitted the opponent of two of the three charges against him.
