Le tunnelier Marguerite atteint le puits Saint-Sauveur, au coeur de Toulouse, ce mardi 14 octobre 2025. Cette arrivee marque la fin de son parcours de 4,2 km depuis Montaudran et symbolise une etape cle du creusement de la future ligne C du metro. Le tunnelier, long de 125 m et pesant plus de 1 200 tonnes, a traverse les stations Ormeau, Limayrac et Cote Pavee avant d’achever sa mission.

The Marguerite tunnel boring machine reached the Saint-Sauveur shaft in the heart of Toulouse on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. This arrival marks the end of its 4.2 km journey from Montaudran and symbolizes a key stage in the excavation of the future metro line C. The tunnel boring machine, which is 125 m long and weighs over 1,200 tons, passed through the Ormeau, Limayrac, and Cote Pavee stations before completing its mission.
