Pour majorité infirmiers et aide-soignants, ils militent pour une meilleure reconnaissance institutionnelle et salariale des compétences nécessaires en réanimation. Plus globalement une amélioration de leur conditions de travail qui sont d'autant plus détériorées depuis la crise Covid.

Following the call of the national movement of the inter-intensive care collective, the group in Reunion Island supports the strike and demonstrates in front of the Regional Health Agency of Reunion Island. For the majority of nurses and orderlies, they are campaigning for better institutional and salary recognition of the skills needed in intensive care. More generally, they are demanding an improvement in their working conditions, which have deteriorated even more since the Covid crisis.
