Rassemblement de l'association Droit au logement contre la loi CHOC
L'association Droit au logement a organisé un rassemblement devant le Sénat alors que celui-ci s'apprêtait à étudier la proposition de loi CHOC, proposée par Dominique Estrosi Sasson, sénatrice de Nice, et Mathieu Darnaud, sénateur de l'Ardèche. Cette proposition de loi propose notamment de vider de son contenur la loi SRU obligeant les communes à atteindre l'objectif de 25% de logements locatifs sociaux.
Rally of the Right to Housing association against the CHOC law
The Right to Housing association organized a rally in front of the Senate as it prepared to examine the controversial bill proposed by Dominique Estrosi Sasson, senator for Nice, and Mathieu Darnaud, senator for Ardèche. This bill notably proposes to gut the SRU law, which requires municipalities to reach the target of 25% social housing.
