L'AFDAS agit dans le champ du developpement durable et du service d'utilite sociale a travers une epicerie solidaire, une ressourcerie et un pole animation et sensibilisation incluant un espace de vie sociale et un accueil de loisirs pour enfants et familles. Lassociation est egalement une entreprise dinsertion qui accompagne des personnes rencontrant des difficultes dacces a lemploi par un parcours socio professionnel individualise fonde sur le travail et la formation en situation de production. Dans le cadre du projet Banana Craft Le Retrofutur de lInterville, les equipes participent a la creation de costumes, de vaisselle et dobjets ludiques issus de la ressourcerie pour le tournoi organise par La Maison Forte et Zalorizon en Lot et Garonne le 2025-09-13. AFDAS ASSOCIATION FOR SOCIAL INTEGRATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PORTRAITS
France, Bon Encontre, November 20, 2025. Portraits of permanent employees and employees in integration programs at AFDAS, a non-profit organization created in 1985 and based in Bon Encontre, Lot-et-Garonne. AFDAS is active in the field of sustainable development and social services through a community grocery store, a resource center, and an activity and awareness center that includes a social space and a recreation center for children and families. The association is also a social integration enterprise that supports people experiencing difficulties in accessing employment through an individualized socio-professional pathway based on work and training in a production environment. As part of the Banana Craft Le Retrofutur de l'Interville project, the teams are participating in the creation of costumes, tableware, and fun objects from the resource center for the tournament organized by La Maison Forte and Zalorizon in Lot-et-Garonne on September 13, 2025.
