The first sun-propelled kitchen in France is the initiative of Pierre-André Aubert, chef and founder of the restaurant Le Présage, in Marseille (Technopôle of Chateau-Gombert). It offers an eco-responsible and creative cuisine, made with natural, seasonal and local products (short circuits). This restaurant runs 100% on solar energy: 8 m2 of mirror are "enough" to concentrate the sun's rays and heat the cast iron plates continuously (temperature up to 400 degrees!).
