Procès en appel des viols de Mazan après le premier procès d'Avignon en 2024 où 51 hommes ont été déclarés coupables de viols aggravés sur Gisèle Pelicot et condamnés, dont son ex mari Dominique Pelicot. 17 condamnés avaient initialement fait appel et 16 se sont rétractés. Le procès en appel ne concerne qu'un seul accusé, Husamettin Dogan, condamné en première instance à 9 ans de prison.

Appeal trial for the Mazan rapes following the initial trial in Avignon in 2024, where 51 men were found guilty of aggravated rape of Gisèle Pelicot and sentenced, including her ex-husband Dominique Pelicot. Seventeen of those convicted initially appealed, but 16 withdrew their appeals. The appeal trial concerns only one defendant, Husamettin Dogan, who was sentenced in the first instance to nine years in prison.
