La visite de Édouard Geffroy au Lycée Camille Jullian, ce jour, a pris une tournure particulièrement immersive.
Après un premier temps d’échange avec les enseignants, consacré aux conditions de travail et aux enjeux actuels du système éducatif, le ministre est allé à la rencontre des élèves pour un moment plus direct et informel. Il a ensuite partagé leur quotidien en déjeunant avec eux au self, une séquence qui lui a permis de recueillir leurs ressentis sur la vie scolaire, l’orientation et leur rapport à l’école.
Dans la continuité de cette démarche de proximité, Édouard Geffroy a choisi de prolonger sa visite en passant la nuit à l’internat de l’établissement. Il doit ainsi dormir dans une chambre d’élève, une initiative destinée à mieux comprendre concrètement les conditions de vie des internes.

Édouard Geffroy’s visit to Lycée Camille Jullian today took a particularly immersive turn.
After an initial discussion with teachers focused on working conditions and current challenges in the education system, the minister met with students for a more direct and informal exchange. He then shared in their daily routine by having lunch with them in the cafeteria, an experience that allowed him to gather their thoughts on school life, career guidance, and their relationship with the school.
In keeping with this approach of building rapport, Édouard Geffroy chose to extend his visit by spending the night at the school’s boarding facility. He will thus sleep in a student’s room, an initiative designed to provide a concrete understanding of the living conditions of the boarding students.
