Le 10 mai 2021, le tribunal judiciaire d'Evry a rendu son jugement en déclarant irrecevable les demandes de Tran-To-Nga, qui a fait appel de cette décision. L'audience se tiendra le 17 mai à la Cour d'appel de Paris.

On May 10, 2021, the Evry court ruled the claims of Tran-To-Nga inadmissible, and she appealed this decision. The hearing will take place on May 17 at the Paris Court of Appeal.
