Examination in session of the draft bill to strengthen the fight against sexual and gender-based violence against women (rape, feminicide) and children (incest), in the hemicycle of the National Assembly in Paris, France on January 28, 2025. The vote validates the inclusion of coercive control in the Penal Code, and the introduction of a sliding statute of limitations for adult rape victims, which is currently limited to rape of minors (end of statute of limitations, imprescriptibility).
