Eric Ciotti est élu à la mairie de Nice après une campagne haute en couleurs et rythmée par son opposition à Christian Estrosi qui briguait un 4ème mandat. E.Ciotti l'emporte avec 48,54 % des vopies contyre 37,20 % pour son adversaire C.Estrosi. L'union des Droites pour la République (UDR) et enregistre un succès important pour le Rassemblement National (RN) à quelques mois des élections nationales présidentielles.

Eric Ciotti has been elected mayor of Nice following a colorful campaign marked by his opposition to Christian Estrosi, who was seeking a fourth term. Ciotti won with 48.54% of the vote, compared to 37.20% for his opponent, Estrosi. The Union of the Right for the Republic (UDR) marks a significant victory for the National Rally (RN) just a few months before the national presidential elections.
