Protest by opponents of the A69 motorway during the Castres-Mazamet urban community council meeting, where a vote is being held to award a new public subsidy from the urban community to the concessionaire Atosca in exchange for a reduction in toll prices, in Castres in the Tarn department in southern France, on September 30, 2025. The total public subsidy amounts to €41 million, of which the metropolitan community is contributing €2.750 million.
