extension du Ségur à tous les agents du CASVP et de la DSOL, à tous les agents travaillant dans les secteurs du soin et du lien (social, médico-social, animation et scolaire, petite enfance, santé publique?) ;
Une prime exceptionnelle de 1500 € à l?ensemble des agents de la collectivité parisienne en décembre 2024 qui assureront la continuité du service public pour la bonne tenue des JOP 2024 ;
Une augmentation immédiate de 400 € sur l?IFSE pour tous les agents ;
Maintien et extension de la NBI à tous les personnels pouvant y prétendre ;
augmentation ;
Un véritable RPP à 100% pour tous les agents de la catégorie A ;
services publics...) ;
L?amélioration de toutes les grilles indiciaires pour les statuts spécifiques Ville de Paris ;
Une restauration collective adaptée au besoin des agents, incluant une restauration adaptée pour les agents ayants des horaires atypiques ;
Une protection sociale complémentaire solidaire, non soumise à un objectif de rentabilité financière. La priorité demeurant de maintenir une sécurité sociale de haut niveau pour les agents ;
L?attribution de l?Indemnité Forfaitaire d?Itinérance pour tous les agents assurant des déplacements réguliers dans le cadre de leurs missions, au montant maximum de 51,25 € ;
Striking City of Paris employees demonstrate in Paris
"The Comité des Syndicats CGT de la Ville de Paris has put forward the CGT demands of the City's employees in various central bodies, in bilateral meetings with the elected representative in charge of personnel or with the Secretary General of the City Hall and with the HRD.
To date, the Parisian executive has refused to meet these demands!
On Friday December 08, 2023, the CGT Ville de Paris unions on the Committee brought together nearly 200 members of their respective executive commissions for a general meeting.
The CGT activists widely expressed the view that the City's proposals for agents for the 2024 Olympic Games were contemptuous, not to say insulting, in particular by proposing that Parisian agents be able to monetize 10 additional days of leave in 2024, by scheduling overtime and by awarding a collector's T-shirt for the 2024 Olympic Games.
The Comité des syndicats CGT de la Ville de Paris considers that the Parisian executive has other levers at its disposal in terms of hiring, working time arrangements and compensation for our local authority's employees, which should enable us to cope with galloping inflation, maintain and strengthen our CNRACL pension fund and improve our working conditions.
The CGT Ville de Paris demands the following for all City of Paris employees:
extension of the Ségur to all CASVP and DSOL employees, to all employees :
extension of the Ségur to all CASVP and DSOL employees, and to all employees working in the care and link sectors (social, medico-social, animation and school, early childhood, public health...);
An exceptional bonus of €1,500 to all Paris local authority employees in December 2024 who will ensure the continuity of public service for the smooth running of the 2024 Olympic Games;An immediate increase of €400 on the IFSE for all agents;Maintenance and extension of the NBI to all eligible staff;Immediate hiring on the basis of status in all departments where vacancies are steadilyincrease;
A genuine 100% RPP for all category A staff;
Opposition to all measures that jeopardize our public services (privatizations, delegations of public services, etc.).
public services, etc.);
Improvements to all indexed pay scales for employees with specific Ville de Paris status;
Collective catering adapted to the needs of our staff, including catering adapted to the needs of staff working atypical hours;
Supplementary social protection based on solidarity and not subject to financial profitability. The priority remains to maintain a high level of social security for our employees;
A lump-sum roaming allowance of up to €51.25 for all employees who travel regularly as part of their duties;
A genuine equal pay plan.
The CGT demands for all employees :
A minimum wage of €2,000 gross.Index point at €6 gross.A retirement age of 60 for all, 55 for the active category and 50 for the unhealthy category.A reduction in working hours to a maximum of 32 hours, an essential measure for improving living and working conditions and financing pensions."
