Film "Algues vertes, l'histoire interdite" (Green algae, the forbidden story), the shooting which is necessary in Brittany
On the proposal of the production 247films, was organized on September 28 in Maël-Pestivien a press conference, in the presence of Pierre Jolivet (director), Inés Léraud (Co-writer), Céline Sallette (Actress) and the production team of the film including Xavier Rigault in video conference.
Following the alert launched by Ines Léraud and Pierre Van Hove (cartoonist of the comic book "Algues vertes, l'histoire interdite"), Pierre Jolivet decided this film project by convincing Ines Léraud to participate. The shooting has been taking place for 4 weeks in Brittany and will continue for 7 weeks in Lannion, Saint-Brieuc, Paris and Brussels.
Led by Pierre Jolivet with an iron hand and carried by the pugnacity and determination of Inès Léraud _ implacable, fair and touching as she presents her struggle through this future committed and "necessary" film _, the filming seems to impose itself in spite of winds and tides, since it must finally receive the financing of the region, not acquired until now.
Céline Sallette describes a masterful Inès Léraud and a "very beautiful human adventure", which will undoubtedly produce a striking cinematographic result, and the due and expected highlighting, while the local activists and the population express their benevolence and a support that no one can ignore any more.
Scheduled for release in spring 2023.
