Bordeaux les ministres europe?ens du travail et des affaires sociales et le commissaire europe?en a? l?emploi et aux droits sociaux Nicolas Schmit, pour une re?union informelle du Conseil « Emploi, politique sociale, sante? et consommateurs » (EPSCO) de?die?e a? l?impact des transitions nume?rique et climatique sur le marche? du travail. En pre?sence des partenaires sociaux europe?ens, d?eurode?pute?s et de repre?sentants de la socie?te? civile et d?organisations internationales, les ministres europe?ens se sont accorde?s sur l?importance d?investir dans les compe?tences, d?accompagner les transitions professionnelles et de renforcer le dialogue social face a? ces mutations.

As part of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, Elisabeth Borne, Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Inclusion, today brought together the European Ministers of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Commissioner for Employment and Social Rights, Nicolas Schmit, in Bordeaux for an informal meeting of the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council (EPSCO) dedicated to the impact of digital and climate change on the labor market. In the presence of the European social partners, MEPs and representatives of civil society and international organizations, the European ministers agreed on the importance of investing in skills, supporting professional transitions and strengthening social dialogue in the face of these changes.
