Migrants en Méditerranée. L'enfer sur mer
Pendant deux mois, j'ai suivi une patrouille de l'Ocean Viking sur la route migratoire la plus mortelle au monde, pour comprendre le quotidien et les motivations des sauveteurs de SOS Méditerranée. J'y ai croisé 555 migrants : des vivants, des morts, des enfants, qui m'ont expliqué ce qu'ils fuyaient et pourquoi ils venaient en Europe au péril de leur vie.
Migrants in the Mediterranean Sea. What hell looks like
For two months, I followed a patrol of the Ocean Viking on the deadliest migration route in the world, to understand the daily life and motivations of the rescuers of SOS Méditerranée. I met 555 migrants : some alive, some dead, some children, who explained to me what they were fleeing and why they came to Europe at the risk of their lives.
