Tous les 14 Juillet, le défilé militaire est un rendez-vous incontounable pour les français. Il honore les femmes et les hommes qui se sont engagés au service de la France et des Français. Le thème du défilé de cette année, « Partager la flamme », fait référence au lien armée - Nation, à la flamme de la Résistance incarnée par Hubert Germain, dernier compagnon de la Libération décédé l'an dernier, et à la flamme olympique à l?occasion des Jeux olympiques de Paris 2024. Seront également à l?honneur, l'Ukraine et les pays européens du flanc Est. Cette année, après installations dans les tribunes des officiels, le défilé commencera par deux formations musicales. Puis à 10h34, la première partie du défilé aérien avec lâché de fumigène. par la Patrouille de France. Cette dernière, affectée sur la base aérienne de Salon-de-Provence est composée de neuf pilotes en formation « Big Nine ». Puis le défilé continuera avec les troupes à pieds des nations étrangères invitées et ensuite les troupes françaises. Un défilé d?hélicoptères clôturera les festivités.

Every 14th of July, the military parade is an unmissable event for the French. It honours the men and women who have committed themselves to the service of France and the French people. The theme of this year's parade, "Sharing the Flame", refers to the link between the army and the nation, to the flame of the Resistance embodied by Hubert Germain, the last companion of the Liberation who died last year, and to the Olympic flame on the occasion of the Olympic Games in Paris 2024. Ukraine and the European countries of the Eastern flank will also be honoured. This year, after installations in the officials' stands, the parade will start with two musical groups. Then at 10.34 am, the first part of the flypast with a smoke release by the Patrouille de France. The Patrouille de France, based at Salon-de-Provence air base, is composed of nine pilots in "Big Nine" formation. Then the parade will continue with the foot troops of the invited foreign nations and then the French troops. A helicopter parade will close the festivities.
