3EME CONFINEMENT - LILLE
Au premier jour du troisième confinement dans les Hauts-de-France, les Lillois et le soleil étaient de sortie. Un "confinement" qui ne ressemble à aucun autre, puisque les gens pouvaient circuler librement et les policiers ne savaient que faire de leurs calpins d'amendes.
THIRD LOCKDOWN - LILLE
On the first day of the third lockdown in the Hauts-de-France, Lille's inhabitants and the sun were out. A "lockdown" unlike any other, since people could move around freely and the police didn't know what to do with their fine books.
