Les migrants honduriens qui tentent d'atteindre la frontière sud-ouest des États-Unis ont entamé un nouveau voyage pour trouver refuge aux États-Unis. Les migrants sont maintenant confrontés à un nouveau défi, la forte présence de policiers et de militaires au Guatemala ainsi qu'à la frontière Mexique/Guatemala, ils sont également victimes de harcèlement de la part des autorités de leur propre pays. La protection des frontières s'est déplacée vers le sud, faisant du Guatemala un pays où les migrants honduriens doivent se cacher sous peine d'être expulsés vers leur pays d'origine.
Honduran Migrants Face New Challenges
Honduran migrants trying to reach the southwestern border of the United States, begun a new journey to seek refuge in the USA. The migrants are now facing a new challenge, the strong presence of police and military personnel in Guatemala as well as the Mexico/Guatemala border, they are also experiencing harassment by their own country?s authorities. The border protection has moved further south making Guatemala a country where Honduran migrants need to hide or else they will be deported back to their homeland.
