Les Tunisiens Appellent à la Criminalisation de la Normalisation avec Israël à Tunis
À l'appel de quelques partis politiques, d'organisations et d'associations tunisiennes, des centaines de manifestants se sont rassemblés devant le bâtiment du parlement tunisien (Assemblée des représentants du peuple, ARP) dans la ville du Bardo, à Tunis pour demander l'adoption d'une loi par le parlement, qui criminalise toute forme de normalisation des relations avec Israël. Les manifestants ont également protesté contre les frappes aériennes israéliennes sur la bande de Gaza ainsi que contre les violations israéliennes dans les territoires occupés en Palestine, notamment dans le quartier palestinien de Sheikh Jarrah à Jérusalem-Est. Cette manifestation intervient après plus d'une semaine de violences à Gaza et en Israël.
Au moins 192 personnes, dont 58 enfants et 34 femmes, ont été tuées dans la bande de Gaza depuis le début des violences il y a une semaine. Israël a fait état de 10 morts, dont deux enfants. Tunisie, le 18 mai 2021.
Tunisians Call for Criminalization of Normalization with Israel in Tunis
Following the call of Tunisian parties, organizations and associations, hundreds of demonstrators rallied in front of the Tunisia's parliament's building (The Assembly of the Representatives of the People, ARP) in the city of Bardo in Tunis to call for the adoption of a law by the parliament, that criminalizes all forms of normalization of relations with Israel.
Demonstrators also protested against the Israeli air strikes on Gaza Strip as well as the Israeli violations in the occupied territories in Palestine, especially in the Palestinian neighbourhood Sheikh Jarrah in East Jerusalem. The protest comes after more than a week of violence in Gaza and Israel. At least 192 people, including 58 children and 34 women, have been killed in the Gaza Strip since the latest violence began a week ago. Israel has reported 10 dead, including two children.
