REPRISE DE L'ECOLE DIFFICILE EN CLASSE ULIS
Pendant plusieurs jours, j ai pu suivre la classe ULIS du college Jean Monnet a Lyon. Cette classe a la particularite d accueillir 10 jeunes enfants autistes. Pour le professeur des ecole Frederic Gude, ainsi que les 4 salaries AESH qui l aide dans sa mission, il est tres complique de travailler dans de bonnes conditions. En effet, livre a eux memes, ils doivent trouver des solutions afin de respecter la distanciation sociale, les gestes barrieres, ? Fort d une capacite d adaptation pedagogique hors norme, ils trouvent des solutions a chaque probleme mais pratiquent plus une reprise des cours dite sociale que pedagogique. La direction soutient pleinement cette classe, mais cela reste tres complique.
Pour pouvoir se concentrer, certains ont besoin d etre seul, d autres n arrivent pas a garder leurs masques, d autres recherche le contact physique,? autant de chose qui font que la tache de ces professionnels est loin d etre simple.
RESUMPTION OF THE DIFFICULT SCHOOL IN CLASS ULIS
For several days, I was able to follow the ULIS class at the Jean Monnet college in Lyon. This class has the particularity to welcome 10 young autistic children. For the school teacher Frederic Gude, as well as the 4 AESH employees who help him in his mission, it is very complicated to work in good conditions. Indeed, they have to find solutions to respect the social distance, barrier gestures, ... With a strong pedagogical adaptation capacity, they find solutions to each problem but they practice more a social than a pedagogical resumption of lessons. The management fully supports this class, but it remains very complicated.To be able to concentrate, some need to be alone, others can not keep their masks on, others seek physical contact, ... so much so that the task of these professionals is far from being simple.
