Amnesty International action against the repression of anti-war protesters in Russia
Since the beginning of the Russian army's invasion of Ukraine, 15,413 anti-war protesters including 113 children have been arrested in Russia.
Some have been arrested for the simple reason of carrying a white sign, and for saying No to the war in Ukraine.
The Amnesty International's activists carry these same signs and for some black tape over their mouths to symbolize the censorship and repression suffered by anti-war demonstrators in Russia.
