For several months, I followed urban shepherds who work in Seine-Saint-Denis.
A great transhumance was organized during Les Journées du Patrimoine, through the towns of Saint-Denis and La Courneuve. Laundry on a showcase in a mini-market, the sheep passing on the sidewalk, my picture was made up as obvious.
The Sheep of the association Clinamen are a Darwinian model of adaptation to the turf of the cities, and especially to the concrete and the asphalt. They must be seen crossing the protected passages without an ounce of panic, riding in conquered terrain in the alleys, and welcoming the assaults of subjugated children without a flinch or so little.
