Apres la fermeture du Centre d accueil temporaire de Lipa en raison d un incendie survenu le 23 decembre, une partie des migrants a decide de se deplacer de la ruine des tentes vers la ville voisine de Bihac, a 30 km du centre, pour trouver refuge.
L ancienne pension de retraite Dom Penzjonera, situee pres de la riviere au centre de la ville, accueille desormais 115 migrants, tous celibataires, afghans et pakistanais entre 20 et 30 ans. Le batiment n est pas equipe d eau, d electricite et de tout type de chauffage. Les migrants survivent grace a l aide d ONG qui distribuent periodiquement de la nourriture et des articles non alimentaires.

After the closure of the Temporary Reception Center of Lipa due to a fire happened on December 23rd, part of the migrants decided to move from the ruin of the tends to the neighbouring city of Bihac, 30km away from the center, to find shelter.
The former pension for retirement Dom Penzjonera, located close to the river in the center of the city, now welcomes 115 migrants, all single men, both Afghans and Pakistani between 20 and 30 years old. The building is not provided with water, electricity and any kind of heating. The migrants are surviving thanks to the help of NGOs who periodically distributed food and no-food items.
