Pays Basque - Terres occupées à Arbonne
La spéculation foncière au Pays Basque bat son plein. A Arbonne, chemin de Berrueta, la vente d'un domaine agricole de 15 hectares au prix de 3,2 millions d'euros déclenche la colère du syndicat paysan ELB et de l'association Lurzaindia. Pour s'opposer à cette vente, les terres agricoles sont occupées depuis le 23 juin 2021. Rejoint par de nombreuses personnes, le mouvement d'occupation s'étend à une bâtisse du domaine agricole le 15 juillet afin d'augmenter la pression sur le vendeur qui refuse toute négociation. Le collectif BOST se constitue pour soutenir ELB et Lurzaindia dans cette occupation. Le principe « un jour, un village » permet de mettre en place une rotation de l'occupation pour tenir dans le temps.
Le 9 septembre, l'acheteuse se désiste, la vente est donc « cassée ». Cependant le domaine agricole est maintenu en vente au prix de 3,2millions d'euros, par conséquent, l'occupation continue.
Le 2 octobre, 100ième jour d'occupation, est célébré par une manifestation dans Bayonne et une plantation d'arbres sur les terres occupées.
Le 24 octobre, le salon de l'agriculture paysanne et durable « Lurrama » se tiendra sur les terres occupées d'Arbonne.

The real estate speculation in the Basque Country is in full swing. In Arbonne, Berrueta Road, the sale of a 15-hectare agricultural estate for 3.2 million euros has triggered the anger of the ELB farmers' union and the Lurzaindia association. To oppose this sale, the farmland is occupied since June 23, 2021. On September 9, the buyer withdraws, the sale is thus "broken". However, the agricultural domain is maintained in sale at the price of 3,2 million euros, consequently, the occupation continues.
October 2, the 100th day of the occupation, is celebrated by a demonstration in Bayonne and a planting of trees on the occupied lands.
On October 24th, the fair of peasant and sustainable agriculture "Lurrama" will be held on the occupied lands of Arbonne.
